Get Started On Your Driver Education With Our Virtual Driver Training
Joyners Driving School is proud to offer our interactive distance learning technologically advanced virtual training program.
This training includes both Zoom training and hands-on simulator training at our location. Our Zoom sessions include instruction covering
- basic vehicle operation
- procedural tasks and road management
- risk awareness and defensive driving
- consequences for driving under the influence of alcohol & other drugs
- avoiding distracted driving caused by handheld devices
and more!
Each lesson consists of 75 minutes of on-line interactive virtual training and 45-minutes of in person simulation at our location in the Pembroke Mall.
In addition, once you complete the initial virtual and simulated sessions, you’ll have access to:
- A special 30 minute live Q&A session for students and parents
- Additional simulator time — 2 hours of simulator time can be substituted for 2 hours of BTW training
The Virtual Driver Training team has created an amazing “intelligent traffic” program assisting new and beginner drivers with the basic concepts of driving in a virtual — safe! — environment.
Training will be done in a zoom session and in person simulation at our location — this class is not Behind the Wheel training. This session does not qualify towards obtaining your permit.
Students are required to have internet access and the ability to download Zoom meetings.
